Healthy Recipe; NOT-CHOS

These are NOT-CHO MAMA'S NACHOS

Was craving something healthy so we whipped this quick recipe up and they were so damn tasty that we had to share how to recreate this super easy snack.

I haven't had a lot of time to cook lately so I'm all about quick + healthy recipes with simple ingredients that don't taste like crap, basically.

This recipe happens to be gluten free and without dairy which in and of itself is a feat for me to accomplish.

I love cheese.

Here you go, let us know if you try it out and what you think! 

 

 

 Ingredients:

Avocado (ripe but on the firmer side so you can cut solid slices)

Cucumber 

Lemon

Dill Seasoning

Maldon Sea Salt Flakes 

Extra V Olive Oil

Gluten free cracker crisps (we used Absolutely Gluten Free Everything Flatbread- they break easily but taste really good!)

 

How To:

Slice Avocado into long thin strips

Slice very thin slices of cucumber using a mandolin if you have one. They're awesome if you don't - you can get one here: 

Layer crackers with avocado and cucumber and then repeat layer

Drizzle juice of quarter lemon on top of Not-Chos

Sprinkle Dill weed and sea salt

Drizzle a tsp of Extra Virgin OO on top
